Who Can Use These Spaces?

Toi Foundation’s community spaces are available for not-for-profit organisations, social enterprises, community groups, and kaupapa that align with Toi Foundation’s purpose of supporting a thriving, inclusive, and equitable Taranaki. Organisations and individuals who make a booking agree not use our spaces for commercial, private, or personal events.
We are unable to host music rehearsals, lessons or events, as the noise would likely disturb others. Our spaces are shared and aren’t soundproof, so even quiet music rehearsals can affect the experience of others using the building.

Bookings must be made by registered users through our online system. All requests are reviewed by our team and subject to these terms and conditions of use. When using our Skedda booking system please understand that your login details are for your use only and must not be shared with others.

We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not align with our values or kaupapa. Activities involving activism, hate speech, harmful content, or unlawful behaviour are not permitted in our spaces.
