On the ground floor of our New Plymouth offices, Toi Foundation offers meeting spaces, designed to support collaboration, learning, and shared purpose. Toitū Te Huatahi is a space where community focused groups, organisations, and kaupapa can gather, to work, learn and connect.

We have three rooms available for community use, each with access to shared facilities. Please explore the details below for each, and our Calendar and Conditions of Use before booking a room.
General Facilities
Along side the three spaces detailed above, Toitū Te Huatahi has a communal cafe and lounge style seating space (Hua Nui), adjacent to the kitchen facilities, available for break-out or meeting space during your room booking.
All bookings include access to the following shared facilities:
COMMUNAL KITCHEN
Instant boiling water, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, limited crockery (users to self-cater), tea & coffee facilities, and waste and recycling bins.

Onsite parking not available. Use street parking. One mobility park is available with lift access to community hub (available on weekdays from 8.30am to 5pm).
To keep the space welcoming, inclusive, and well maintained, all users must agree to our Conditions of Use and Health & Safety Guidelines when booking.
We don’t require a fee to use these spaces — your koha is leaving the room clean, tidy, and free from rubbish.
