MARIA RAMSAY
CHIEF EXECUTIVE - TOI FOUNDATION & FOUNDATION HOLDINGS LTD
Maria is the Chief Executive for Toi Foundation and Toi Foundation Holdings Ltd.
As part of her role, Maria oversees the focus and direction of the Foundation, its purpose and strategies and is also a Director on Toi Foundation Investments Ltd.

GENERAL MANAGER BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Glen is responsible for all the operational activities of the Foundation.
As part of this role, Glen oversees the Grants Team and is responsible for the Foundation’s marketing, communications and board reporting.
DION MAAKA
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Dion is responsible for overseeing the financial and strategic planning needs of the Foundation.
His role also includes managing the financial reporting requirements of the Foundation’s subsidiaries, including risk management and compliance.

To support the Foundation in raising its cultural confidence in respect to kaupapa Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

INFORMATION OFFICER
Anand assists and leads the development of Toi Foundation’s IT and Information Management strategies and computer systems.

SOCIAL INNOVATION & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
Josie oversees and holds responsibility for the Social Innovation and Partnerships Team.
SAREE RAUPUTU

Saree’s role is to focus on the delivery of the Foundation’s strategies with a key focus on the Rangatiratanga | Empowering Māori Aspiration Strategy

Jess’ role is to enable community change and drive the Foundations Improved Environment Strategy through social innovation and partnerships.

PA & BOARD SUPPORT
Tania is Personal Assistant to the Foundation’s Chief Executive, Maria Ramsay.
Tania is also responsible for providing support to the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
KARENA WAIWIRI (Currently on maternity leave)
MATATUHI PUTEA | GRANTS ASSESSOR
Karena works at the Foundation within our Grants and Community Engagement Team.
This role supports community organisations and groups when applying to the Foundation, with a
specific focus on Māori communities. The role is responsible for processing funding applications including assessment.

GRANTS ASSESSOR
Lisa works at the Foundation within our Grants and Community Engagement Team.
Her role assists and supports individuals and community groups applying for grants. The role is also responsible for processing funding applications including registrations, assessment, final outcomes and accountability.
ALICE O’DONNELL
GRANTS ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
Alice works at the Foundation in a causal capacity assisting the Grants and Community Engagement Team.
Her role focuses on coordinating and managing the Grants workflow and administration and supporting individuals and groups to apply for grants.
LIZA FISHER
DATA INSIGHTS ANALYST
Liza identifies and collates data, manages data integrity, quality, completeness, business intelligence (BI) and the producing of reports.
LEANNE ARMS
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
Leanne is responsible for the support of the financial operations of both Toi Foundation and Toi Foundation Holdings Ltd.

Rodah works at the Foundation within our Grants and Community Engagement Team.

GRANTS & ORGANISATIONAL SUPPORT
This role supports the Foundations work with community groups by undertaking a range of administration duties and is the key point of contact for visitors to the office.
