MARIA RAMSAY

CHIEF EXECUTIVE - TOI FOUNDATION & FOUNDATION HOLDINGS LTD

Maria is the Chief Executive for Toi Foundation and Toi Foundation Holdings Ltd.

As part of her role, Maria oversees the focus and direction of the Foundation, its purpose and strategies and is also a Director on Toi Foundation Investments Ltd.

GLEN WEST

GENERAL MANAGER BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Glen is responsible for all the operational activities of the Foundation.

As part of this role, Glen oversees the Grants Team and is responsible for the Foundation’s marketing, communications and board reporting.

DION MAAKA

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Dion is responsible for overseeing the financial and strategic planning needs of the Foundation.

His role also includes managing the financial reporting requirements of the Foundation’s subsidiaries, including risk management and compliance.

HUIA LAMBIE

MANU TAKI WHAI HUA MĀORI

To support the Chief Executive in raising the cultural capability and confidence of Toi Foundation in respect to kaupapa Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi and lead and facilitate the incorporation of Te Ao Māori into Toi Foundation strategy, policies and procedures.

NGAIO MARAMA

SOCIAL INNOVATION & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Ngaio’s role is to assist the Chief Executive, establish and lead Toi Foundation’s philanthropic partnerships in the Taranaki Community and to drive and facilitate community change through social innovation and partnership investments that grow capability and empower community stakeholders.

ANAND ROSE

INFORMATION OFFICER

Anand assists and leads the development of Toi Foundation’s IT and Information Management strategies and computer systems.

TANIA PIRINI

PA & BOARD SUPPORT

Tania is Personal Assistant to the Foundation’s Chief Executive, Maria Ramsay.

Tania is also responsible for providing support to the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. 

ALICE O’DONNELL

GRANTS & ORGANISATIONAL SUPPORT

Alice works at the Foundation in the role of Organisational Support.

Her role is varied, helping to support and assist the team, providing Grant support to groups while also managing the office reception to ensure our visitors are well looked after.

  

LIZA FISHER

GRANTS ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

Liza works at the Foundation within our Grants and Community Engagement Team.

Her role focuses on coordinating and managing the Grants workflow and administration, overseeing the Grant software and supporting individuals and groups to apply for grants.

KAPOI MATHIESON

MANU TAKI AUAHA - MĀORI INNOVATION & PARTNERSHIPS

Kapoi works at the Foundation within our Social Innovation and Partnership Team.

Her role champions our Rangatiratanga - Empowering Māori Aspiration strategy and drives our commitment to working in partnership with ngā Iwi o Taranaki and our Māori communities.

JOSIE ROBERTS

INNOVATION & PARTNERSHIPS FACILITATOR

Josie works at the Foundation within our Social Innovation and Partnership Team.

RILEY MCGREGOR

INNOVATIONS & PARTNERSHIPS FACILITATOR

Riley's role is to enable community change and drive the Child & Youth Wellbeing strategy through social innovation and partnerships.

KARENA NGAREWA-CRIBB

GRANTS ASSESSOR MATATUHI PUTEA

The Grants Assessor, Matatuhi Putea is responsible for processing funding applications including assessment.

This role supports community organisations and groups when applying to the Foundation, with a
specific focus on Māori communities.

LISA HASKELL

GRANTS ASSESSOR

Lisa works at the Foundation within our Grants and Community Engagement Team.

Her role assists and supports individuals and community groups applying for grants, and also assists the Foundation’s facilitators in their community engagement work.

 

LEANNE ARMS

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Leanne is responsible for the support of the financial operations of both Toi Foundation and Toi Foundation Holdings Ltd.

CHRIS FLYNN

DATA INSIGHTS ANALYST

Chris identifies and collates data, manages data integrity, quality, completeness, business Intelligence (BI) and the producing of reports.
