TSB Proposal updates

Toi Foundation’s community consultation on the proposal to merge TSB with Heartland Bank remains open, with Taranaki residents able to provide written feedback until 5pm on 30 June 2026.

Due diligence complete.
No decision made.

Toi Foundation has also completed its due diligence on the proposal. This is a standard commercial step in assessing a proposal of this kind. Completing this step does not change the proposal or pre-empt the consultation outcome. No decision will be made until after consultation closes and trustees have considered all feedback received.
